The menu showcases a wide variety of appetizers, salads and main course selections... everything "from
prime rib to nachos", that are certain to please every palate!
The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Appetizers include buffalo wings, rib baskets, potato
skins and calamari strips. Salads, such as Shrimp Louie or Chinese Chicken can be teamed with a bowl
of fresh soup for a delicious and satisfying light meal. Our burger and sandwich menu offers
choices ranging from the "Big Trees Burger" (served on grilled parmesan bread with grilled onions)
to Cajun and Teriyaki sandwiches and Mexican grill specialties that include fish tacos, tostadas
and fajitas.
The vegetarian and low-fat selections include veggie burgers, fajitas and spaghetti. The Fireside
Grill offers hearty fare such as pork loin, baby back ribs, New York steak and prime
rib. We also serve delicious pasta dishes and pizza. A children's menu is available, which includes
kid-favorites such as corn dogs, spaghetti and chicken strips.
